All our home fragrance products are hand-poured at our home on the Welsh borders, UK. We use botanicals & premium fragrance oils, vegan-friendly and paraben-free Wax, which are all CLP compliant and fully insured. No glitter, No plastic, and our packaging is biodegradable. 

 

Here are a few questions you may have:

1. How long does it take for my order to arrive? 

We despatch your order as soon as we can, usually within 1-3 days (this may vary in peak seasons such as Christmas). All orders are sent through Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, unless you want to upgrade to express delivery or collect from us here on the Welsh border. 

2. What's your refund policy?

If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via email hello@littlemomentsmelts.co.uk with details of what is wrong and we shall get back to you.
