Little Moments Melts gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be returned to Little Moments Melts within 30 days of delivery date.
Little Moments Melts do not accept cancellations, but if you do have any problems with your order please send an email to hello@littlemomentsmelts.co.uk
Personalised items are not returnable because of the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, Little Moments Melts can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
Conditions Of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
